Meet Sherri.

Sherri and I met in Ann Arbor, based on a connection of interest in Love, Art, and Beauty!  Sherri loves collecting old books and paper.  Sherri’s handwriting is almost edible.  Sherri is a self-proclaimed Cheeseball.  Sherri makes handmade paper products.

She gave me a gift of a card from a series she is doing on the symbols of the great state of Michigan.

“I try to tear around the edge of Michigan and not use scissors… you know, so it looks…”  Well… fuzzy.  

Sherri is a romantic and hand makes as many of her works as possible.

Sparklepants Industries is her name and if you need a unique, handmade card, you would be interested in her work.  My favorite card is a simple drawing of a dress with stick legs protuding, kneeing a pair of pants.  “I Need You” is what the card reads.
