I really liked the movie, sounds like an amazing journey you had! 6 month!! Duddee, I’ll roll a joint for that!
I’m in Holland right now, doing an ethnographic study on the decline of hitchhiking in consumer society, kind of pointing out the increasing commodification of social interactions, showing an intrinsic internalization of mistrust, fostered by insecurtiy politics, which is very common especially today in Holland, and most of Europe, as well as North America…
I wanted to know if you have any interesting opinions on that? I’m sure you? Are you still on the Road?

Found the link to this on digihitch… I hitched my first time this last summer, stayed with new friends using hospitality sites that opened up their homes and hearts to me… and I was really moved by this video and the way you captured the spirit of the places you’ve been. If you come up to Idaho, you can sleep on our couch.
