Changes.

If you notice things looking a little differently, or links not working, or things that I say are there that are not, it is because I am currently expanding the pages of Create Our World and adding a whole lot.  But I am publishing each page as I go.  It may be a bit confusing, but I am hoping it will better help me see what I need to add.
