Meet Mark Horvath.
Mark has been interviewing, filming, and tweeting in an attempt to document the story of our homeless population. Mark, a former executive, was recently homeless himself. To survive, Mark let tourists take a photograph with his pet iguana named Dog for 1$.
@InvisiblePeople & @HardlyNormal.
Mark went into homeless tent cities and documented his experience using all the newest social media’s. He interviews and shares the story of the folks inside. He documents in on his Twitter stream at InvisiblePeople or HardlyNormal. Tweeting what happened as he went, he sometimes was in dangerous situations, read below:
“One man upset at media starts screaming at me. I walk away. Two guys follow me to my car. I’m scared and rethink my sanity.”
“I start walking fast yet keep hearing a guy getting closer yelling at me. I turn and he is behind me on the path running. He was very upset.”
Check out Mark’s article for more on his story.
