Christi & Drake are very compatible.

Meet Christie & Drake.

These two pick me up near Hammond, Louisiana.  They are out for a drive on a nice day.

Christie and Drake are in love.  Drake tells me that Christie is the sweetest girl he has ever met.  “It’s great when you are so compatible with someone.”  They make faces at each other.

Christie and Drake have an errand to run in their small hometown of Maccomb, MS.  They want to take me further up the road though.  Drake thinks that no one will pick me up here.  I decide to try to catch a ride anyway as they run their errand.

After about 20 minutes, they are back.  They drive me up past Jackson, MS where I am going to meet up with Michael.  Christie is concerned that I am off on the right track.

Meet Marcella, Jan, Justin, Niall, and Aaron.

Here is another video preview from a shoot I did on Bourbon Street on April 10.  Marcella, Jan, Justin, Niall, and Aaron all joined me on the street and helped me recruit folks to take photographs with.

They really got the crowd rocking and we were definitely a spectacle as we walked down Bourbon Street and took photographs with folks from all over.

Thanks again!

Meet Marge: She only picks up Gentleman.

Meet Marge, she drives me from the Hoover Dam to Doland Springs, AZ.

Meet Marge.

A couple miles past the Hoover Dam as the starts to get hot, Marge stops in her pickup truck.

Marge is a grandmother of a large family.  She picks up hitchhikers, if she feels called by God to do so.  “I probably shouldn’t… but they have only been perfect gentleman.”

Marge is leaving Henderson, Nevada, where her children live and is headed to her home in Doland Springs, Arizona.  Marge lives alone in the small town of Doland Springs.  Her husband died recently, but it hasn’t stopped her from living life.  She works at the Grand Canyon’s Skywalk, which is an hour and a half commute each way.  Every day she gets to meet people from all over the world.

Marge drops me off at a small market outside of Doland Springs, where she thinks I will have the best chance of getting a ride.  The wind is blowing hard and tumbleweeds are tumbling about.  A huge 3 foot one almost hits me.
