When I seen you walking down N.11th St., one I knew you werent from here, neither am I, ha-ha. Im originally from Dallas when I was a kid. Anyway, I used to live on Main st., when you came in off the bridge from I-10. Since I was a kid we have always had alot of transients in this town. When I say we I mean a town as a whole. But, not only due to changes over what 20 to 30 years over salvation army and the ministry alliance and churches and even in some towns police or sheriff depts., but right now and when you came thru the economy is so bad that our ministry alliance had gone broke. And, because you were considered a transient or an out of towner the officials of this town kinda frowns upon as such. Im sorry for that but, at the same time I do understand. For those that have misused our town and the funds. For they also try to help locals in need. However, when I met you that day, had it been later in the day you could have had a motel room because of the cold whether. But, because it was around 2:00pm, the officer said, "Send him to Issack's for a meal and tell him to be on his way. It is early enough to make it to Sonora,Tx. Ive been back to Junction since 1999 when I was still on Main St.,so they who I have to call for help have heard from MamaLisa many times over the years. Im just glad you got a hot meal. You see me and them (the officials) arent that happy with me because I dont just run everybody off! And, I won't! Because my BIBLE says beware, beware of "ANGELS UNAWARE" and I happen to believe that! It doesnt say this it is spiritual or physical angels, it JUST says ANGELS! MamaLisa Ben,
